Had a fantastic stay! The location was convenient for attending a concert at Footprint Center, just a short walk away. Enjoying the heated pool was a highlight, even though the water was a bit chilly. The staff was accommodating, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. It's also great that the hotel is dog-friendly!

We had a fantastic stay at Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix Cityscape! The valet service was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met without ever parking our own car. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Chase Field, making it easy for our family to enjoy the event. The Essential King Room with City View was spacious and comfortable, which made our time there even more enjoyable.
Restaurant experience could improve.

Exceptional service from the staff made my stay pleasant.
During my four-night stay, I found the room's furnishings to be in disrepair. the couch and chairs were worn out and uncomfortable. Moreover, I was highly disappointed with the city view. all I could see was an office building right outside my window. Adding to my frustration was the non-functional phone in both rooms, forcing me to use my cell to contact the front desk.

I enjoyed the beautifully decorated lobby and spacious rooms, which were easily accessible. The rooftop pool was truly a highlight, offering stunning views of downtown Phoenix, making it a lovely retreat after a day of exploring.
More comfortable seating options for seniors would help.

Great location and friendly service
I had a lovely stay with easy access to restaurants and entertainment right in the heart of downtown. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was very attentive, checking in on my experience throughout. The rooftop pool provided a relaxing retreat after a busy day. However, I found the room service food to be disappointing and not worth the price, which detracted from an otherwise excellent visit.

Just a prime choice for a weekend pause in Phoenix with excellent value for money. Krista from the staff saved my workday by lending me a cool mouse when mine broke. Check for any amenities you might miss out on, like parking details.

great stay, though some noise issues
while the friendly staff is a highlight, the overpowering scent and noise from the ice rink made it hard to relax in the room. consider bringing earplugs for a more comfortable stay.

I really loved how cozy the Essential King Room was and the rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, enjoying some time on the sun terrace made my visit even better. The only downside was the surprise amenities fee at checkout, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊

Great Amenities, But No Sleep!
The Essential King Room was spacious and beautifully designed. We enjoyed happy hour at the Luxe Pool Bar with delightful prickly pear cocktails. However, early morning housekeeping disruptions were frustrating. Consider requesting a room away from the elevators to minimize noise. Overall, the amenities made up for the rough start.

Though the location is excellent with plenty nearby, and the staff were generally friendly, some aspects were disappointing. The pool area lacked sun exposure, and I faced some minor issues during check-in. Overall, it's a solid option, but with room for improvement.

Staying here was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to Chase Field, where we took our kids to a baseball game. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially when we brought our service dog. The pool area offered a great spot for our family to relax after a busy day.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly menu options at the restaurant.

Loved the comfy room with great downtown views! Perfect location made exploring a breeze.
Housekeeping's morning chatter was so loud I learned all about Pepe's life story—who needs that on vacation?

The room, while spacious, had noticeable wear including stains and a tired mattress. Although the pool area looked inviting, loud music from a private event ruined the atmosphere and access was restricted, despite the daily amenity fee charged for it.
